Quella radio mi sembra un semplice joystick USB a forma di radio.
Se è così sicuramente non lo puoi utilizzare.
Phoenix funziona con radio che vengono connesse alla sua interfaccia USB (che funge anche da protezione) tramite la porta trainer.
