In questo caso si può rinunciare al pacco incriminato?

....certo che puoi rinunciare...e ci smeni tutto quello che hai pagato! Dubito che ti spediscano in contrassegno dalla Cina

E rimandare al mittente il pacco ed ottenere un risarcimento la vedo ancor più dura...purtroppo.

Guarda, a mio avviso se tutte le dogane europee cominciassero a rompere le palle sui prodotti non conformi provvenienti dalla cina forse sarebbe anche utile per la nostra economia, ma questo è un discorso a parte.

Quel negozio non è un importatore e tantomeno un'esportatore, visto che non viene lui qui da noi a vendere, l'importatore è chi compra e non vedo perchè il cinese deve dare la marchiatura quando da loro non serve.

Si ok è vero che noi compriamo li ma, esattaente come fanno su ebay certi commercianti (che non spediscono in italia o in ningera), potrebbe dire :

Questo Sarebbe più onesto.

Il succo del discorso è che è lui che sta ESPORTANDO in un paese senza la necessaria omologazione, e non io che lo so comprando dato che non posso sapere se è omologato CE o meno ,stando quindi in buona fede.

Inoltre visto che ci sono milioni di prodotti provenienti dalla Cina che hanno l'omologazione CE, credo proprio che il problema lo dovrebbe risolvere lui.

Vero cio' che dici nella prima parte del messaggio, avvisare gli acquirenti che non danno la marchiatura CE sarebbe stato piu onesto, ma daltronde mica è scemo il cinese..... deve pur tirarsi l'acqua al suo mulino e con un'avviso simile l'acqua sarebbe meno.

Lui non sta esportando, è chi compra che importa, infatti dev'essere l'importatore (cioè l'acquirente) ad informarsi se il prodotto è conforme o meno alle normative CE.

I prodotti provvenienti dalla cina con marchiatura CE (no china export) dovrebbero essere conformi alle normative in vigore nel paese dove andranno venduti, tutti gli altri, marchiati CE (china export) o addirittura non marchiati, in italia non dovrebbero manco esserci.

Lui non sta esportando, è chi compra che importa, infatti dev'essere l'importatore (cioè l'acquirente) ad informarsi se il prodotto è conforme o meno alle normative CE.

Proprio ieri mattina (giovedì) ,da giantcod mi è arrivato il pacco ordinato 6 giorni prima (venerdì scorso) si, è vero costa un po' di più.. ma se non altro non ci sono rogne con la dogana.
