Tanto per non perdere il filo
From what I understand, Charly started a company called Gyroscoop while developing his outdoor coax. He then met the company Yoshine helicopter who wanted to develop a full scale 1 person coax, the Ezycopter. Charly was way ahead in coax technology, so they made a deal. Charly would grant them the license to his coax technology AND design it for them, in exchange, Yoshine was to manufacture 1000 small coax designed by Charly. Because of the relationship, Charly decided to call the small outdoor coax the 'Ezybaby' since it was basically a 'baby' version of the full scale coax that Yoshine was to manufacture. Sadly, Charly worked like crazy to design the full scale Ezycopter without pay and when he arrived in Taiwan to oversee the final steps of assembly of the 1000 ezybabys, he realized it was a scam. So lots of work, no pay, no 1000 ezybaby and some problems of having licensed his technology, for full scale use to Yoshine.
