To program the ESC you must connect the motor and ESC to the receiver.
1. Turn on the transmitter and place the throttle stick to full power position (full up position).
2. Energize the ESC by connecting the battery or power source to the speed controller. Five seconds after making the connection, you will hear a musical tone.
3. Move the throttle stick to half throttle. You will then hear each parameters musical tone twice, with a 3 second delay between each.
4. When you hear the tone to the parameter you want to change move the stick to full throttle. This will allow you to set the parameters to your specifications. The following symbols indicate the different main parameters with dashes representing number of tones
Cell Type and Number
BRAKE
TIMING MODE
Voltage Protection
After you have selected which main parameter to change, you will enter the sub-parameters. The procedure for setting them is the same as above. You will hear each musical sequence twice for each sub-parameter, and you will have three seconds between each sounding to move the throttle to full up position to save your choice. To confirm your choice you will hear a sharper tone indicating, this parameter has been saved. Below are the sub parameters for each of the above.
