Rudder Trim:
The 601/611 and 401 gyros cannot be adjusted by the rudder trim. This should be set to the centre position prior to setup and left for good. If you have a Futaba 9C, 9Z or 14MZ you can deactivate the trim. This is what I do as it gives you peace of mind that the trim can not change.

Per essere preciso questo pezzo l'ho copiato dalla guida del 401, che è molto simile, ma in fondo dice questa cosa interessante che in quella del 600 mi sembra non ci sia:

The Gyro is now setup both mechanically and within the radio. If for some reason the tail is drifting, go through and double check your setup to ensure there are no mixes active and you haven't accidentally moved your rudder trim. Also make sure your engine is running smoothly and there is no vibration present from a bad setup as all of these will affect the performance of any gyro.

Per tirare le conclusioni a me sembra che lui si fidi molto della capacità del giriscopio di regolarsi da solo per tenere la coda ferma senza bisogno di agire sul trim. Ma dato che nel tuo caso non è esattamente così io non mi farei scrupolo a provare, perché se il trim è in grado di compromettere una situazione perfetta vuol dire che il giroscopio non è ad esso insensibile, quindi magari ti permette anche di correggere la tua situazione imperfetta!
