ZYX firmware restore factory settings Procedure Description
1: Use the USB data cable to connect ZYX gyro and computer software, software and computer hardware COM port corresponding to the COM port. (Note that the entire upgrade process does not require clicking on the link)
2: Use the software to open ZYX ZYX debug firmware upgrade file.
3: Keep your computer, USB data cable and ZYX gyro connection (note: no need to connect any other gyro electronic equipment) Press and hold the "SET" button to CH4 channel is energized, the red light starts to flash, then you can loosen button.
4: powered gyroscopes kept flashing red light, then click on the "Start Upgrade" button to enter the upgrade mode, the upgrade is successful gyroscope automatically restart.
5: Make sure your upgrade file for your gyro. Doing so may cause the gyro completely damaged. Need to re-set after the upgrade gyroscope.


ZYX firmware reset to default instruction
1. Using USB link to connect ZYX gyro with computer configuration software, and select

the correct COM port on the configuration software. (Please note no need to click

"Connect" button during upgrade.)
2. Using ZYX configuration software to open ZYX firmware upgrade file.
3. Keep computer, USB link, and ZYX gyro connecting. (Note: ZYX gyro doesn't need to

connect to any electric equipment.) Press "SET" button (supply power through CH 4 to

ZYX) until the red light start to flash.
4. After power on, the red light keeps flashing, and press "START UPGRADE" button to

enter upgrade mode.Gyro will restart automatically once succeed.
5. Please make sure your upgrade file is applicable to your gyro, otherwise, gyro will

be totally damaged. No need to reset gyro after upgrade.
