Ecco le ultime novità in campo europeo.
Pare che in Gran Bretagna dall'8 dicembre scorso sia consentito l'uso, in campo aeromodellistico, di apparati a 2,4 GHz con potenza di emissione di

Un utente del Forum del BFMA (la Fiam britannica) ha scritto all'OFCOM (in pratica il Ministero delle Comunicazioni) per avere chiarimenti. Questa è stata la risposta:

"The UK is amending the regulations that allow apparatus to be used in
the UK without the need to hold a licence. These changes come into
force on 8th December.
Previously the 2.4 GHz 100 mW regulations limited the use of compliant
apparatus to RLAN apparatus. The UK has merely aligned our regulations
to the European recommendation (ERC Recommendation 70-03) to allow the
use of any compliant Wideband Data Transmission System (WBDTS) operating
to the same technical parameters.
I understand that some model control manufacturers believe their WBDTS
apparatus meets the requirements to be considered compliant in the 2.4
GHz band. If they are indeed compliant, then they may be operated in
the UK, from 8th December.
There is however no blanket "approval" for 100 mW apparatus. Only
compliant apparatus may be operated."

E' ovvio e specificato, che l'apparato, per poter essere usato dovrà essere munito di certificazione di conformità.
Questa nazione è, così, la prima in Europa ad adeguarsi alla normativa "ERC Recommendation 70-03".
A quando l'adeguamento delle altre nazioni europee?
A noi interessa l'Italia, ovviamente.
Comunque è un primo passo, un buon primo passo, direi.
