E' strano, davvero non riesco a capire.......ho impostato allo stesso modo, 8 ch 400us 22.5ms ma nulla, i due led lampeggiano alternativamente.

OK, good news, got the HFM12-MX happy in both 7CH and 12CH modes, confirmed working with 2x FrSky TFR8S, all 12 channels are available and work perfectly fine.
As for settings, I'm on PPM 12CH 400u 28.5ms POS. I swear I tested something like this before and 7CH mode didn't want to work, but now it does, so either the module has a mood of its own or I got confused
Ho impostato quei valori (PPM - 12CH - 400u - 28.5ms - shift: POS) e il modulo è rimasto con il led VERDE!! Perfetto, mi son detto, ci siamo!!
Alla successiva riaccensione però i due led rosso e verde hanno ripreso a lampeggiare alternativamente!!
...e ovviamente NON trasmette!!
