The Extreme Flight 91" Extra does not include stickers. I get all of mine from B & E Graphix: RC Decals, Radio Controlled Model Airplane Graphics - B and E Graphix
I don't know what mine weighs yet because it's not finished. It will probably be around 18.5 pounds with the tuned pipe.
The Spektrum AR-8000 is good with 7.4V. You will not have a problem there.
I am not going to use regulators on this airplane. The batteries will plug straight into the receiver.
