Ho chiesto direttamente a Sunrise cosa e' il Free wheel e come si fa a eliminare il soft start una volta che il motore e' partito.

[SUNRISE]: Active free-wheel reduces clearly the losses in the partial load range, but can lead to problems in rare cases. In relation with speed regulation it can come to rougher transitions from part load to full load, avoiding switching into speed controller mode in full power. If you do not need this functions, you can disable it by the prog card II.
2)Soft start: I set it to Heli slow but after the spool up the soft start remains active and when I open rapidly the throttle the motor speed up is still soft. How can I manage this issue ?

Ecco cosa e' il freewheel scritto direttamente dal produttore. In soldoni e' un sistema di ottimizzazione dei consumi quando l'esc lavora a meta' potenza: stacca uno dei due finali di potenza. Da qui quel comportamento strano che vedi. Ioml'avevo notato al banco e l'ho disattivato subito
