This is the resonator used as the primary clock source for the mCP X MCU. It can crack or fall off in crashes.
Failure of the resonator will result in a mCP X that will not enter bind mode. The non physical symptoms are a single flash when the battery is connected. There may also be other flashes at long intervals from the internal watchdog timer.
