, dal sito di BeastX sono scomparsi i vecchi firmware. Ho chiesto a Stefan il perchè ed ecco la sua risposta:
Regarding FW, Walter (il Team Leader degli sviluppatori n.d.r) told me that old firmware will no longer be supported and that it is very dangerous to downgrade under special circumstances: we had a few times the effect in combination with some beta testing firmware, that the unit can go into copy protection state and will get useless. Although it is very unlikely someone else uses such a particular version, it is not certain that this won't happen again. So it has been decided to officialy take the firmware from the site. If necessary people can get the software if they ask, no problem.
