If I read your email correctly you have had a failure wit the HV 80.
If this is correct We apologize for the failure.

We have 2 ways to get you taken care of & the choice here is determined by the purchase date of the controller or kit containing the controller.

If the purchase date has been 30 days or less:

What I can do here is set up an advanced warrant replacement or AWR where we send out the replacement controller & when it arrives you then send the faulty one back to us.

What you will need to do here is go to Castle Creations, Inc. <http://www.castlecreations.com> > Support > Repairs

& fill out the online repair process form.

Once that is completed you will receive a conformation email from Castle that contains a reference number. Please email me that reference number along with a copy or picture of the purchase receipt showing the purchase date & I will get the AWR set up.

Once the replacement arrives be sure & return the faulty one to Castle.



If the purchase date is past 30 days follow the same procedure listed above to fill out the online repair form but proceed to send the controller in to Castle & once it is received at the Castle Repair department it will be processed & a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible.
