just tested to day with a standard CB100 lighter to 51 gr:
pros:
- Extreme Blades are well balanced and stift
- grade 1 and 3 the same weight change only the pitch
- profile as an airfoil
- very stift and no rotor coning effect, lower stall emergence
- more lift, special 3° but is too much in living room.
- easy recovery in bad situations
- nice to maneuver and speed commands, special with uniballs on the outer Hole on the servo arms
cons:
- flight time with standard WK baldes, WK main motor 12 T, LIPO Zippy 400 MAH from HK is over 8 min. with Extreme 1° blades lower to 7' and with 3° lower to 6 min. minutes.
- at least the main motor seem too hot a bit over 52° (may be it need a powerful one or other pignon)
- the weight of two blades is 3.7 grams, the WK is near 2,? g. or so
- cause more weight and rapid rotation if the main rotor is not well and precise balanced some tail wag and irregular vibrations could occour.
- in case of crash, the stift blades relay to metal parts of main rotor greater energy and you could spend much money to repair main shaft.
Other Thougts:
- use them only if you have the Heli in very good conditions and if you are a skilled pilot
------------
Arrivano senza I connettori, vanno saldati.
