Allora sono riuscito ad trovare sul sito di HK la voce per la cancellazione dell'ordine e farmi accreditare i punti. (purtroppo col pc non ci vado molto d'accordo)
Però ci sono 2 opzioni:
1 - Cancel backorder items only.
The cancelled item cost will be credited to your bonus points, and any bonus points gained from that product will be deducted.
We are unable to refund differences in shipping.
Once the items have been cancelled we can release the order to our warehouse for dispatch.

2- Cancel whole order.
Cancel order 2001778936 and credit your bonus points for the total of $79.45 minus bonus points gained from the order.
I am aware that cancelling my order will remove all items and refund the paid total to my bonus points balance minus any points gained from the order.
Any credit codes used on this order will not be reactivated.
