non sono un genio di traduttore..ma fino ad oggi ho trattato e comprato in tutto il mondo. Stavolta capisco male:
chi è che si INTENDE BENE DI INGLESE?
ho chiesto alla Castle se mi cambiano il Mamba Monster con il PRO, pagando le 70 di default.
Mi pare di capire che
1) non cambiano da Monster a PRO
2)non farebbero in ogni caso la sostituzione perchè sono oltre 1 anno dall'acquisto
3) MA con 70$ che fanno? il mio MMM V3 è sbruciacchiato...
Mi sa che devo buttarlo?

unfortunately we cannot trade out that Monster for a Mamba Max pro.. We try to only trade for the same controller. And seeing that we already shipped you this Speed controller there would be a 70.00 flat rate fee for the new controller. But this one would have a one year warranty on that date of purchase. SO if anything happens to that unit then you are covered unless it is crash , water damage or it has been soldered onto the board. But you can send that in with a check or money order for the 70.00 or you can go to castlecreations.com the support tab and then go to repair section. This page will tell you where you need to send it and what you need to send in with this unit. I hope this helps and let us know if you have any other questions. |
