Here ya go...no big secrets:
Main Rotor:
Adjust the collective to get +/- 14 degrees. Kyle's is 110. This varies slightly model to model depending on radio and set-up.
Agility - adjust to your your liking. Kyle's is 50.
Gyro Gain - default, which is 55.
Stick Response - Hard 3D.

Main Rotor Expert Menu:
All default, except Expo is Linear, and Expo is set in the radio (15% on cyclic controls).

Tail Rotor:
Yaw Rate - default, which is 104.
Gyro Gain - default, which is 80 or 90 (doing this from memory, and can't remember which it is, but Kyle uses the default (-.

Tail Rotor Expert Menu:
All default, except Expo is Linear, and Expo is set in the radio (25% on t/r control), Torque Pre-Comp. is 20 on Collective (this depends on your power set-up, and varies model to model), and 0 on Cyclic, and stop Gain A and B are matched at 20 (although we are experimenting with higher stop gains to get the radical stops left and right as hard and as much the same as possible). But both at 20 is a good place to start and flies good.

In the Set-Up Menu:
Cyclic Gain is default at 100.
Cyclic Ring at 75.
Pitch Pump at 25.

Head Speed 2200.
