this explanation is easy. The thrust causes a ventury effect, pulling air into the turbine stream behind the plane. This air is moving over the entire airplane. Actually the whole plane is in a downward air stream when hanging vertically. This air stream is enough to cause rotation of the plane either way when aileron are deflected either way. It is similar to the prop wash but without any torque.
