When our Bisonite is mixed like the normal way, 2 stripes of resin and hardener with the same length, they should cure after 24 hours.
The problem could be the transpierce of the tube resin. With the cap you pierce the tube and then you have to twist the cap once so you have a round breach instead of a square breach. When using a square breach the amount of resin would be less then when you have a round breach and that will effect the cure.
Also aging could be the reason. At the bottom of the tube, where it is folded, you can find a code. This code is our production code, first two digits are the week (01-52), third digit is the day (1-7), fourth digit is year (4=2004).
