Hurricane74, when I was helping you to understand my rotor head design I wasn't aware that you were possibly going to try and sell them. You said you just wanted to make one for your own use?
There are a lot of things you've missed out in your drawings and after testing of my head there are a few things I've had to re-design to get the proper control of the cyclic.
If you had told me your plans then I might have been willing to share all the extra information you will need if you want to get the head to actually fly.
The cv joint doesn't work properly for example, I have a new design now which works great.
I have just started designing a new 5 blade head which will make this one look like a cheap toy, so I'm not too worried if you make it.
